Shipping & Returns

Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $100+. 

Free Standard Shipping includes: First Class Mail (2-10 days),  Parcel Post (5-10 Days), or UPS (1-5 days).  If you want to upgrade shipping, we offer discounted rates via Priority Mail (2-3 Days) or Express Mail 2-Day.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

When will my orders be shipped?

Our goal is to get your order shipped to you within 24-48 hours.

What if I don’t receive my package?

We send a confirmation email to you the day your order is shipped with the tracking information.  We are not responsible for items once they are delivered.  If you need a specific shipping service to ensure proper delivery, please specify at checkout.  We may require a Signature on orders over $200.

What is your Return Policy?

Please return your order within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, replacement, or refund. Returns and exchanges will be refunded minus our shipping cost.   The product must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

How do I Return an item?

We must issue you an RA#.  For the quickest response, email us at order@cozythreads.net.  Returned items must be in the original condition with all tags attached.
